• On-site parking for all attendees 

DIY Flexibility 

• Decorate the venue to match your theme and vision — whether using your own decorations or choosing a coordinated décor setup provided by Hickory Bend for an additional fee 

• Option to bring in personal items, floral arrangements, or signage (within venue guidelines) 

Venue Support 

• On-site venue representative during event hours 

• Optional add-ons such as bartending, security, or extended rental time 

Pricing 

• Starting at: Sun or Fri $950.00, Saturday $1150.00, $200 venue attendant fee for every event 

• Security Deposit: $250.00 refundable deposit required for all small events (under 50 guests), returnable up to two weeks after the event following property inspection for potential damage 

• Final pricing varies based on guest count, event length, and selected add-ons 

• Payment is due in full when booking, no refunds will be given for cancellations without prior written agreement  

Important Notes 

• Security and licensed bartender are required for all events where alcohol is served 

• Setup and cleanup must be completed within the allotted access time 

• Additional hours, services, or equipment may be added for an extra fee 

• This package is designed for up to 50 guests and shorter event durations while still offering full access to our charming venue spaces. This package cannot be used for weddings.
